This Position is for Outdoor leaders in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai and Delhi who have the ability and competence to support or handle outdoor and outbound events.
This Position is also for new Trainees with a passion and time to learn more and undergo further training to become a outdoor leader.

Outdoor Leader
- Support corporate and School groups on outbound and outdoor education.
- Focusing on safety, customer satisfaction on the event.
- Identifying / recommending, selecting and handling appropriate outdoor events and activities.
- Responsible for on the field operations and safety.
- Ability to plan and work with other crew members on the outdoor activity and program
Outdoor Trainee
- Support Outdoor Leaders with corporate and School groups on outbound and outdoor education.
- Passion and Time to undergo Training and Learn as a Trainee to become a outdoor leader
Requirements:
For Crew Leaders
- Certification in Basic Mountaineering / Advance Mountaineering with A Grade / or NCC C certificate in A Grade + RD or TSC certificate / Outdoor Leadership Certification
- 3 years experience with adventure and outdoor events.
- Good working knowledge and protocols on outdoor, adventure and outbound events.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to Lead, Manage and work with different Crew members.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
For Crew Trainees
- 1 Year Experience with Outdoor and Adventure Events.
- NCC B/C certificate in A Grade
- Interest and Availability for a year to undergo Training to become outdoor leader
- To individually own and take responsibility for assigned work.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
